  I have bought many things from Ny Furniture Direct inc. the last two times that my husband and i purchased furniture we had some issues. first, we expent more 7k and we insured all of our furniture, just in case. among the things we bought,we got a marbel table, which should be stainless, right? well, it got stained with water, we couldnt even put water on the table without it getting stained, noone wanted to response to our claim and we ended up paying additional money plus more insurance for a new table. But ok, we needed two bedroom sets for the boys and decided to give the store a second change, so we bought the beds for the boys and a TV stand, again spending an x amount of money, too much. We agian, insured the furniture, when we got the furniture we noticed that we didnt get a new TV stand, we got the one that was at diplayed in the store, when we noticed the TV stand was already set up and it was hard to return but we we called the store and made them aware of the situation. we kept the tv stand, bad mistake, now not even a year later the tv stand is coming apart and the paint is chipping and the owner is saying that it must of be some chimical that i used to clean it, hello its only on a section of the furniture, not the entire furniture. so now i am having issues with two items from my last purchase and again, the owner is washing his hands and not responding. will never buy from them again
